Platinum edition collection system
The
CRS Platinum edition collection system incorporates
countless productivity tools that optimise
performance and increase the return we obtain from
the delinquent debts we manage for clients.
The
Platinum package allows us to build fully bespoke
collection strategies for clients based on the
return the client requires. The specific strategy
used is dependent on numerous components some of
which are the age, volume, type, value and
demographics of the debt. At the nuts and bolts end
the CRS Platinum edition automates all the
fundamental functions from the business data entry
through to month end processing. This allows us to
streamline collections using automatic broken
promise processing, payment processing and cash
posting. As such we have more time to manage our
business using collector productivity reports to
make our collections team more productive and
client analysis reporting to help us continually
beat our clients' targets.
There
is an extensive client reporting suite on CRS which
can provide clients with whatever information they
require. Reports can be sent to them as hard
copies, faxed or emailed. Online client report
access is also available via the website so clients
can monitor how we are performing on their debts.
Each new client is provided with a unique logon and
password for safe and secure report access.
A
secure customer payment option via our website is
currently under construction which will allow
customers to make payments and set arrangements 24
hours a day.
The
Mercury Predictive Dialler
We use the latest fully integrated predictive diallers to assist us in collecting from delinquent customers.
The Mercury Predictive Dialler (MPD) is an integrated, real-time, on-line predictive dialling system that works seamlessly with the CRS collection system to create a fully integrated and automated collections software package. Unlike traditional predictive diallers, the MPD requires no additional hardware, no time-consuming uploads and downloads, and no toggling back and forth between screens for users.
The MPD enables real-time reporting that provides us with the facts we need to determine when and how we should modify campaigns for optimum performance. The ability to make changes to campaign parameters quickly helps us to maximise our collector productivity.
