At a prestigious awards ceremony sponsored by The Argus newspaper on Thursday 2nd December, Marlin was named as “The Best Employer in Sussex”. Marlin was chosen above the 400 other competitors for excellence in helping employees reach their full potential and quoted by the judges as having a “winning approach to employment”. The judges saw evidence of this at Marlin from their approach to formal training through to family social events.
