| Marlin Appoint ex-Barclays Partner Finance CEO to Managing Director role. |
Marlin Financial Services, specializing in the investment and management of accounts receivables in the UK, has consolidated their Worthing based collection and litigation divisions appointing Alan Evans as Managing Director, reporting direct to the President and Executive Chairman Martin A. Dunphy.
Evans has joined from Barclays Bank, having held the position of Chief Executive Officer, at Barclays Partner Finance (BPF) based in Glasgow. Following a period of significant growth, BPF, a market leader in both Retail and Motor Finance markets, was rebranded in 2008 having previously been known as Clydesdale Financial Services.
Previously Evans held the position of Managing Director with Colonial Finance and Paragon Retail Finance, and in 2001 participated in the management buy-in of Clydesdale Financial Services.
Evans has more than 25 years of experience in the finance and debt collection industry, is an FSA approved officer and will be instrumental in the continued development of Marlins Operations centre of excellence.
